All prices are displayed clearly on our website. At the point of checkout you will be advised of total price plus delivery. We reserve the right the change our pricing structure at any time.

Our Handcrafted Products

Each hair accessory is individually handcrafted, and therefore you should anticipate some slight variation on each design when comparing an image on screen to the item you receive. Image colours may vary on monitors and be slightly different than the actual material colour. All sizes quoted are approximate.

Safety Warning

Please be aware that a hair accessory is a decorative product which contains small parts and is not a toy, so should only be used responsibly at an adults discretion. You use the hair accessory entirely at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents arising from the wearing of hair accessories . It is your sole responsibility to ensure you use this product safely and supervise your child at all times. We recommend that you remove your child's hair accessories before sleeping, in the car seat (when they are out of your reach) and at child care etc because our products are small and could potentially become a choking hazard. Our hair accessories are for use at your own risk. By placing an order with us, you agree that babyhair.co.uk accepts no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.  

Postage & Delivery 

We aim to dispatch all orders with 24 hours. If were are unable to achieve this for certain products you will be notified on the product page and given an estimate of delivery time.Our delivery and shipping is carried out through Royal Mail. All our clips are delivered in a secured padded envelope and present in a free Organza bag. You can be assured that when ordering with babyhair.co.uk your clips will arrive in perfect condition.

Every effort is made to ensure that the items arrive with you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system. We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a package not arriving, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can pursue the matter with the Royal Mail. We do not pursue any lost packages.

Refunds & Returns 

Our primary aim is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your hair clips we offer a 7 day complete customer satisfaction policy. Please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 days of receipt of goods to advise us that you wish to return the items. You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items. No refunds can be given outside of this 7 day period. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused.
