Postage & Returns Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders with 24 hours. If were are unable to achieve this for certain products you will be notified on the product page and given an estimate of delivery time.
Our clips are designed to be worn on in a left-handed position. If you require a different configuration please state this in the notes section at the time of your order.
Our delivery and shipping is carried out through Royal Mail. All our clips are delivered in a secured padded envelope and present in a free Organza bag. You can be assured that when ordering with babyhair.co.uk your clips will arrive in perfect condition.
Every effort is made to ensure that the items arrive with you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system. We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a package not arriving, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can pursue the matter with the Royal Mail. We do not pursue any lost packages.
Refunds & Returns
Our primary aim is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your hair clips we offer a 7 day complete customer satisfaction policy. Please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 days of receipt of goods to advise us that you wish to return the items. You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items. No refunds can be given outside of this 7 day period. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused.
Complaints
Any complaint will be dealt with immediately upon receipt. We will endeavour to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.
General
Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in the UK, and will be governed by UK Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts.
